Terrible customer service today. Stood at the paint counter for 30 minutes while multiple associates walked by and said “ let me see if I can find someone to help you” . No one came to help. I called Home Depot while waiting and had better customer service over the phone to get the help I needed. Lowe’s should do better than what was experienced today.

CHRIS WAS FANTASTIC! The first paint associate seemed unsure of what was going on and was not very helpful, but then Chris stepped in and completely turned the experience around. Chris quickly found the exact color I needed, spent a long time answering all my questions, taught me about different paints and tools, and gave me great tips to make my project easier. As an autistic woman, these kinds of purchases are usually overwhelming, but thanks to Chris I left feeling confident, happy, and excited to start painting.
