    I had such a great experience here today! I came in with my wild young boys — which any mom knows can be stressful on its own — and shopping for things that aren’t totally familiar can make it even more overwhelming and time-consuming. Thankfully, Dan in Lighting and Ivan in Paint made the entire experience so much easier. Both of them were incredibly friendly, and it felt truly genuine. They were knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to educate me on the products that would work best for my project. Dan helped me narrow down my final two ceiling fan options and made me feel confident in my choice. Ivan showed so much patience and compassion — especially when my boys were working my last nerve. He made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me helpful tips to make the project go smoothly. I’m so glad I chose to shop here today. Thank you, Dan and Ivan, for turning what could have been a stressful trip into such a positive experience!

    It is 6:30pm on a Wed and I waited for 30 mins in line for passha to tell me to stand on the other side after seeing me there and not telling me anything and nobody is there to help at all.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My girlfriend went here to buy tools for her job. She was in the store shopping and took a couple pictures of things she wanted to get with her next paycheck. An employee approached her and asked if she needed anything or was going to buy anything. She said “I’m fine I’m just looking, thank you”. The employee responded with “you’re not looking, you’re taking pictures.” My girlfriend, slightly confused, said “yes, I am. Is that an issue?” And the employee said “we don’t do price matching here.” My girlfriend said that was fine, that that’s not what she was doing, and that she was just trying to get affordable tools. The employee responded with “yeah your people can’t afford this.” She immediately left after this interaction, feeling very uncomfortable and targeted by this employees behavior. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. Lowe’s as a company should be appalled by their employees treating PAYING CUSTOMERS this way. Do not give your money to this company.
