We were able to build our own couch and pick out the fabric, and also found swivel chairs we wanted, picked out a great fabric to compliment with the colors we wanted. Looking forward to getting our new set. The sales representative Michelle was great and the store manage helped a lot with colors her name was Gabby. Very pleasant and helpful there.

After they arrived, they did not have rechargeable batteries, and the store manager where we purchased them told us that we were liars that the sales rep would not have told us that. Called corporate and made a complaint, was forced to buy rechargeable batteries from a different store, and had to wait weeks for them to get here. Would never buy another La-Z-Boy.
