We love our 2 recliners from La-Z-Boys!!! Our sales rep was so helpful and she gave us so much one-on-attention on our purchase. Delivery was fast and we were given as much time as needed to assist us with the functionality of the chairs.
We are very happy customers!

I ordered a love seat. Waited 2 mos for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered today by 1030. I tried to call multiple times yesterday because the text said 730 a.m. whichistoo early. No one answered the calls. So I have the flu but got up anyway at 7. I kept checking the tracking and it said my order was not found. At 1030 when they didn't show up by 1030, I called customer service. The rep informed me the delivery was canceled because the furniture damaged. Someone would call me later with the details. I then had to cancel pick up of old loveseat that I luckily scheduled later in the day. You have to put half down when you place the order so they have a large sum of my money. So very very disappointed in their customer service so much so I am not sure if I will cancel this order or not but for certain I will not buy from them again. They lose a customer that has been buying furniture from them for atleast 30 years!

We really enjoyed the time we spent with Lauren on 2/14/26 in the St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was knowledgeable, kind, funny, patient and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset! My husband would wait in a cozy chair, testing it out while she and I went outside to see nature come alive a few times haha! It was so fun and we can’t wait to get our new Maddox chairs!! Thanks Lauren!!

We bought a "leather" sofa and love seat from Lazy Boy in July of 2024 for $8472.08 with and extend warranty based on Robin, our sales lady's recommendation. This warranty is through a company called Serve Co of North America based out of Georgia. In Dec of 2025 we noticed a spot appearing on the foot rest of the sofa and called Lazy Boy. They told us to call Serve Co. Serve co ask for a few pictures which we sent. They said sorry it looks like a stain or damage, see you later. I fully expected someone to come take a look at the problem and ask them to contact us to discuss it. Apparently once Serve co through Lazy Boy has your money they don't bother to even reply. We are still trying to get someone to respond to us because this is neither a stain nor damage. Its getting bigger because it looks like the surface if flaking off of what we were told was 100 percent leather. It appears to be some sort of faux leather if that. If you choose Lazy Boy I wouldn't recommend getting any kind of extended warranty, especially if it's Serve Co, by my own experience and their reviews it seems like nothing is ever actually covered. I would also try and verify that you actually get what you thought you paid for, meaning in our case real leather versus whatever we got. We plan on going to Lazy Boy to discuss what can be done. In 2009 after my first back surgery my wife bought me a leather recliner from Lazy Boy, that recliner looks newer and better than the $8000.00 plus furniture we bought in July of 2024, thats why we chose them again! It looks like another once great company has outsourced their reputation and quality.

My wife and I went to the La-z-Boy at the Town Center to start our search for some living room furniture. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted but Lauren F. helped us through the process. She showed us multiple options and took the time to explain in detail. She assisted with picking out the right options for our living space. She was friendly and professional, and most importantly made the purchase stress free.
