  Ms. Sherry Crum was a pleasure to work with. She is Very knowledgeable on all the recliners at La-Z-Boy. She helped walk through each feature that I liked and guided me to a chair on display that had that feature. She is a Pleasant individuale that wants to help select what you are looking for.   Liz was fabulous to work with and helped us nail down our selection. She took her time to listen to our needs and concerns. Her design was perfect and showed us the options we were considering. She did a great job explaining the various fabric options and which one would best meet our needs. She was kind, knowledgeable and never pushy. We are pleased with our final selection and can’t wait for its delivery.

  Purchased the Greyson Power Reclining Loveseat in September 2025. I’m the type of person that needs to see all my options when making a big purchase so a good friend and I decided to go to the St. John’s Towncenter store to check out recliners. Trae was very patient asking each of us our personal preferences, color, material, etc. and finally after taking our time (over two hours later) we each made purchases that day! Once delivered I noticed the small insert-table that came with the Loveseat was slanted/crooked and moved easily back and forth in the base/console. I called Trae and he checked with his manager, I also sent pictures of the damage. Apparently, it was damaged during shipment. It took a few weeks but the Loveseat was replaced/delivered by a great crew (Conner & Ricardo). Know that you can trust a company like La-z-boy to make sure you are happy with your purchase even after the sale! I commend Trae for answering every call and following through with me not knowing if it would be replaced, but they did! I will always trust La-z-boy with my future purchases! Thank you Trae!   The service was good as I was inquiring about purchasing a recliner. After the purchase was made as well as the delivery which was incorrect. I ordered a swivel which was not with the chair. Also there was an item that I did not accept. This was a battery charger. It’s been about three weeks now and I still haven’t had a refund for that purchase of the battery charger. Two different times I called and two different times I was supposed to have a call returned. I now called for a third time and still haven’t talked to anybody. Customer Service seems to go downhill. The communication after the purchase is poor. About three weeks later I received a text saying I have a delivery scheduled. I called the phone number supplied two times with no answer. I called the store. Again I told them I didn’t buy anything. They said they would look into it. Beware on how they communicate within the organization. They sell quality products but don’t communicate well.

  Overall very impressed with the variety and quality of furniture offered at this location. Our first purchase was a recliner and I am totally in love with it! They had a lot of selections and I love that you can customize it to make it unique and one of a kind. We worked with Robin and she helped us narrow down our choices and pick a piece we would really love. We loved our experience here so much we came back to purchase a dining room set! Beautiful quality and worth the price. I would definitely recommend coming to La-z-boy for your furniture needs.
