Prior to paying for our first months rent Mary was very helpful. Only on our first visit after we paid Mary’s whole attitude changed after we needed help with digital access. She reminded us that she already went over the digital access. We were having issues with digital access on our second visit due to poor WiFi reception at the end of the day, which would drop out everytime we got to our unit. When we asked her to open it for us because we were on a time schedule she responded with “I won’t be able to continue to keep unlocking your unit”. She also made rude comments towards me not knowing how to use digital access from her perspective even though this was only my first time back since we signed up. I will never recommend Mary or this particular location. Canceled after only four days.
