Tiffany was very helpful and assisted me with any additional questions I had. She made my process of securing a unit a smooth transition. Highly recommend and they had great monthly rates!!!

When I arrived Tiffany was all smiles and graciously help me figure my account out and help me with my access code because I had forgotten it. Since I had moved out of town I also had lost my keys and without any doubt she was able to help me take care of my lock problem and replace the locks as quickly as possible so that way I had complete access to my unit all over again. I would suggest this facility to anyone any day of the week based upon the service that I have received since I have been a customer there :-) wonderful service always been the best!

I've been renting at extra storage for a few years, I just downgraded my space and it was easy and took just a couple of minutes. I prefer a personal experience versus the internet. If you like talking to a person and hate the aggravation of the internet and all its bizarre quirks, go in and see Tiffany.
