My email was entered incorrectly on my account, which caused issues accessing my information. When I called to get it corrected, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. She didn’t listen at all to my questions. The woman manager I spoke with was extremely disrespectful, spoke over me, and ultimately hung up the phone instead of helping resolve the issue. This was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a manager. Because the situation was handled so poorly at the location level, I had to contact corporate to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this location based on customer service alone. Basic account errors should be easy to fix, and customers should be treated with respect.im getting my items tomorrow and never doing business here again. 👎
