- ESEmily SCJan 29, 20263.0You get what you pay for it's a good affordable price but it has its faults too Edited: just informing everyone that there is a rumble strip in front of the loading door. That added to the wobbly carts (built wobbly with the middle wheel larger so it rocks), make it extremely hard to transport things to and from the unit as nothing is stable on the carts and hitting the ruble strip and the elevator holes everything just falls if you don't have a spotter. Also you have to manually open the sliding door EVERY SINGLE TIME you enter. This is annoying and unnecessary since the location is gated. So you need one free hand to push the open button that cartwheels around on the app or leave the cart to enter the code every time. Edited dropping down to 3 stars: they put stickers with the storage space logo on our locks we own. We did not purchase locks from them my husband is pretty upset as now his locks are covered in adhesive. We haven't missed payment. There is no reason they should be touching our stuff. Edited: dropping down to 4 stars: There is only one bathroom locked behind the office door and the attendant was extremely visably aggravated that we interrupted what she was doing to ask to use the bathroom after we already waited an hour for someone to return to the office. So far this place has been amazing. Already the best prices and customer service is top notch. The day I made the reservation someone was calling me asking if I needed any help. The day we moved our stuff in I was getting another call this time welcoming me and letting me know they are available to help. We left store space storage for lack of communication (literally called 30 times no answer and they raised our price out of no where) so this 180 has been amazing
