This time they needed to bring Southern Crane in to help with the removal of a massive oak which was damaged in Helene last year. Their crews have been unprofessional, rude, and their tree work is unacceptable. As a member of the Board for the City of Jacksonville, I can say with confidence that neither United Land Services nor Customs Tree will be considered for future city contracts.
