Jacksonville FL is very unprofessional, they showed up to my place yesterday unannounced and the wrong time to pick up my bedroom furniture. So I rescheduled with them for today and Cory the manager said, they would be here between 12 and 3. It was getting close to 3pm so I called Cory to find out, when they were going to be here and he said, he would find out, where they are and call me back. He never called me back so I called him back and he had no response for me but that they would be here soon, 5 o'clock rolls around and no one is here yet so I call Cory back and he proceeds to tell me, he called them in due to weather well, that was way after my scheduled pick up which I have furniture being delivered tomorrow at 1030am and now I have nowhere hardly to put my new furniture coming in due to Cory's management at this store. I am very unhappy with their customer service and would not recommend this store to anyone in the future. Poor management and lack of respect for the customer.

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.

Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
