  We worked with Shane and Ryan; these two were great to work with both were always on time and patient to answer all and any questions I had. It was a pleasure to work with them and they granted a peace of mind that the job was going to get done professionally and quickly. Thank you guys!

  I don't find them customer friendly. I hired them to remove an armadillo and upon setting up the trap they expected full payment. (not cheap) Customers should never pay any contractor/service in full until the job is done. I agreed to pay half up front and did indeed pay the other half once the critter was taken away. Called them back to get rid of another one but they won't return my call so I can only assume they won't work for me because of my expectations. What a shame. There should be a law against expecting full payment for service not yet completed. They are not a very professional company. ______________________________________________________________ (Upon seeing their reply, know that the fee was $399 which they lied about in their response. Also anything said other than we are sorry, again is poor customer service. Btw, they never did call me back. If they don't like repeat customers, keep doing what you are doing.)

  Extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify issues very quickly. Gave solutions to every problem. If you’re unsure about your scenario, give them a call and they will fix it or point you in the right direction. HIGHLY recommend CritterPro!

  Ed Rees is a fantastic professional and Critter Pro's results are fast and effective. They took care of our rodent problem fast and for a price way under the competition and Ed is a great guy to work with! Definitely my new pest control contractor!
