  My tech was absolutely STELLAR! Very nice and accommodating. He arrived earlier than I had requested so he had to work around a lot of messy rooms I apologized and promised it would be cleaner next time! LOL 😂 He hit everything I needed for a first application I highly recommend these people It’s worth it!!! Thanks you guys!!! And thanks to my Tech!! You were great dude!!!

  Aptive Pest Control, Phillips Hwy, Jacksonville Florida, for the First service inside My House Today, My First thoughts, when I sat down in My Living Room, was OH MY GOSH, these Dust Mites are still getting in my eyes, my scalp and on my shirt. I messaged Justin, and He said to give it a couple of Days. And then, besides them coming into my eyes, the Dust Mites came into my nose. Then I thought, Aha, they are after water by coming to my eyes and nose. So I filled sinks and a lot of bowls with water and suds from Dawn Soap and placed them all through the Home. Then I went to Bed. I left a couple of lights on to help draw them to the water. Tomorrow, my bowls and sinks will be have a bunch of bugs that committed suicide. 😂 I will follow up with vacuuming, dusting and mopping. Aptive will be back next Month for another go at it. And another Ten Months following. Thank You Justin and Aptive Pest Control. They also treated outside to take out the No-See-Ums. They bite as bad a Mosquito. And during the day, they are much worse as there are many more. This company also put out traps to draw mosquitoes and Drowning them. Look forward to be able to go outside in just a pair of shorts.

  Just switched over from another pest company to Aptive and couldn’t be happier! We were hesitant at first to transfer over as we never had any issues with our previous company but were never truly wowed by what they did. The Aptive rep who came to our house sold us, he was kind and attentive to our needs and gave us a clear plan to help us with our issue of roaches and ants surrounding our home. Not only did they send someone out two days later, the person who sprayed Sam was great - he sent pictures of what he sprayed, dusted the outside of any cobwebs, but most importantly he moved our dog toys from the yard instead of spraying over them (as the other company did from our ring camera footage). If you are ever complacent as I was with your pest company…. Just go ahead and switch to Aptive!

  This company is a straight up scam. They lie and say you are getting a good deal, say you aren't in a contract even though you are, and they provide half of what the other companies do for double the price. Im sick of these sleazy sales guys coming to my door asking if I want to overpay for pest control. The last time I used them they said it would be 50 monthly. They charged 50 the first month then 50 biweekly. Go look on the better buisness bureau, the reviews speak for themselves. I got all u need pest control instead and have never been happier. Their ratings also speak for themselves😎

  I’m leaving this review everywhere I can because people deserve to know what they’re getting into with Aptive Pest Control. I used Aptive for a little over a year, and while the technicians who actually came to my home were respectful and professional, the company itself is a completely different story. The real nightmare begins the moment you try to cancel. There is a reason Aptive has a separate cancellation department, and it becomes obvious the moment you call. The communication is unbelievably poor. You can say “Cancel my contract” as clearly as possible, and they will still talk in circles, bring up irrelevant nonsense, and drag the call out as long as they can. They rely heavily on a language barrier to confuse you, stall you, and push coupons or discounts instead of actually canceling your account. Even when I became extremely direct and yes, hostile out of pure frustration, they still tried to talk me out of canceling. It felt manipulative and intentional. The background noise alone tells you everything you need to know about where this cancellation team is located. Birds, laughing, random conversations. it sounded like anything but a professional call center. It’s hard to take a cancellation representative seriously when it sounds like they’re taking your call from a park or a break room. Aptive locks you into fees if you cancel within certain time frames, which is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. Once you’re in, they make it emotionally draining to get out. The cancellation process is designed to wear you down. Based on my experience, I’m not surprised Aptive has a long history of BBB complaints about: • Difficulty canceling • Misleading contract terms • Poor communication • Aggressive retention tactics My experience fits right in with those patterns. Do not use this company. Save yourself the emotional damage, the frustration, and the endless back-and-forth with a cancellation team that refuses to listen. There are plenty of pest control companies that don’t trap you in contracts or make you fight to leave. And to the technicians who actually do the work: you deserve better. I genuinely hope you find employment with a company that values both its employees and its customers.
