Not good. Cashier closed her register to talk with someone and when decided to reopen told me would be quicker at other register. Wanted special on mulch and garden soil. She asked questions and not sure what info she needed. Had $100 gift card and just left with nothing including 2 bags potting soil had in my cart.

I wanted to take a minute and write a review about how wonderful and how hard they worked loading 45 bags of mulch and loaded another 40 bags into another persons car. One was named Hunter and other was Joe. Thank them so much for us

Great crew effort at Beach side Lowe's is business as usual. Garden Center and Pro Desk crew exceeded expectations this morning.

Beware buying fridges here. Bought a Hisense fridge that did not work out of the box. No cooling. Food spoiled while waiting mandatory 24 hours to chill. Piece of junk. Got desperate, kids and grandkids wanting food. Had to buy a big ice chest. Called Hisense support, number didn't work. Called Lowes. Got a repair company that closes Saturdays at noon. Was 1 o'clock. Dang. Finally got a hold of them on Monday, couldn't see the unit till Wednesday. Went back to Lowes Indian Harbour for quick exchange, no Hisense left, but they could exchange for unit 300 more if I bought the 160 warranty. Almost 500 more on a 1000 fridge. Bought elsewhere. To Lowes credit, refunded the money, but not all. Take away 50 bucks for old fridge. I complained, and told them that I got nothing but aggravation for a week and they still took 50 bucks. Dealing with Lowes support, especially when involving 3rd parties is a disaster if anything goes sideways. No effective coordination. Took them 7 days and 3 days of calling and site visits to get them to pick it up. More aggravation and inhome wait time. They really need to work on what-if scenarios a little better. I may go back to Lowes if they improve their fulfillment processes, but never buying a Hisense product.

We love our Lowe’s location! We’re here frequently for our ongoing projects, and everyone is always so nice and helpful.
I forget her name (sorry!), but one of the outdoor cashiers is always so lovely and our dog loves to fleece her for treats. I will have to get her name and update the review later.
I wanted to also shout out Kevin, who went above and beyond to help us with a grill and getting it loaded into our truck tonight.
