Terrible customer service for my window job. Missed deliveries, wrong windows sent and extremely poor follow through. Took 4 months and had to pay out of pocket after spending $17k with Lowe’s. Run. Don’t order windows from theses bafoons.

CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH on carpet purchase and installation. Carpet sample in store was thick and plush. Carpet that arrived for installation shows up thinner and obviously less quality. Even the installer agreed this was not the same quality as the sample we still had. We had it installed anyway since all the furniture was already moved, expecting a discount to be applied once the store manager saw the difference in the pieces we kept for comparison. The manager did not agree and said it only comes in one grade and that is what we received, even after we showed him both samples. Total bait and switch with Lowes not supporting us in this obvious scam deal. Do NOT buy carpet from Lowes since you are likely to get a less quality product than you picked out and paid for, then receive no management support. Look at the pictures below and you tell me if you think they are the same and we got what we paid for? Does the one we paid for on the left even look close in quality to what we received on the right? Don't fall for this bait and switch quality scam!!

This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was simply trying to exchange a defective product, and after 20 minutes of back-and-forth, they told me the only option was a return—and that I’d need to purchase the exact same product again. This process wasted my time and showed a complete lack of flexibility or customer focus.
As a Pro customer, I can confidently say that Home Depot is far superior when it comes to service. This store will now be my last option.
