- EGEver GutierrezFeb 27, 20261.0The most unpleasant experience I've ever had buying tools was here. I bought two DeWalt drills for work, but they gave me the wrong ones. I wanted the large battery-powered ones, and I needed to return them to pay the difference and get what I actually needed. This happened just minutes after I bought them, and according to the employees, because the system wasn't working properly, they couldn't help me. I have to wait for the banks to process the refund, which can take up to seven business days. So, I have to return them and wait seven days before I can buy anything again. Honestly, I never liked buying here because of the prices, but after this experience, I think I'll stick to Home Depot and keep avoiding them. Guys, make sure you check everything before you pay so you don't go through this bitter experience.

- LPLuke PavlinaFeb 15, 20265.0The only reason this Lowe’s gets 5 stars is because of Ford, I was looking for some supplies to build some shelves in my home and every worker I would get close to would turn their back and disappear. When ford saw me half way across the store looking lost he came up and seemed happy to be able to help. He helped me find everything I needed in a couple minutes and I was on my way. I will be coming back for anything I need in the future or maybe I’ll stop by just to say hi to him. If you need help with anything ask for Ford.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
