  I have had several dealings with this company and they are very friendly and super efficient. 10 out of 10 would recommend using them. (I needed a new key fob and another one re cased) After ordering, it only took about 10 minutes of my time. Super grateful for the fair pricing and arrangements to work around my work schedule!   Home town hero. They went above and beyond to help us out. Solved our issues at a great price. Very knowledgeable, family owned business and it shows that they really care. I drove past their shop on hwy 19 at Clark street in Hudson everyday for ten years, never thought twice about it, until I needed them to replace and program new keys. They exceeded my expectations.   I had my key fob accidentally dropped in water and tried drying it with rice and was unsuccessful. I gave Tri-County a call and they went out of their way to help me get a new car key fob made with an extra key included for a reasonable price. I probably would have paid more using someone else. They came to where I was at and were able to get everything done the same day. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them for any others having issues with their key fob or any other lock issues.
