I was pleased with the interaction and the facility. I would feel like my things were safe here. Con’s: The 10x10 storage unit that I saw didn’t have a light in the unit, so if you went there in the evening, you would need to use your cell light, a flashlight, or some other type of light, to move around in this unit. Also, I’ve seen other storage companies leave little extermination packets inside the units, but I didn’t see anything in this one, so I’m not sure how they exterminate the units, but it was clean.

However, Esmeralda works with you like its her problem not yours. It makes the experience personal. We all get the corporate postcard when rates skyrocket and ExtraSpace local in St Rd 52 works a rate within reason. We have a choice to stay or go… sometimes headquarters forgets the people Esmeralda does not, I stay not for brand loyalty but because the service in person. Thanks and ExtraSpace, the people there is what to replicate in building brand dominance.
