- AMAmanda MarieApr 18, 20261.0I’ve built two pools with Aloha and I regret it. We built our first pool in 2020 but sold our house in 2022. So we decided to use Aloha again. I’ve had this pool for 4 years now and I’ve had so many issues. Coping breaking off, tile popping off. They were great the first few months but after that it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I’m not even asking for things to be covered under warranty, I’m willing to pay for service calls but no one answers the phone and don’t bother leaving a message because no one will ever get back to you. I had to call four times for my coping. Then for my tile I waited a month and never got a call back so I hired someone else to fix it. Now I have bubbles in my return jets so I assume there’s shotty workmanship with my pool plumbing because I’ve replaced other parts and that’s not the problem. I wish I would have gone with someone else entirely.
