First time buying a dining table with Lowe’s and apparently will be my last.
I bought a table and when it arrived it was too small so they came to pick it up. I was loving the service up until then. Now it’s been two weeks since they picked up the table and I have been calling about the refund and the main customer service line is a waste of time. Three different reps and each one says something else but none can confirm my refund. Then finally after an hour call today they tell me I have to call the store where the table shipped to which was homestead location.
I’m on hold with them while they go to the back warehouse and confirm they received it and then can issue refund. So my table has been there with them two weeks and until I call them to verify…. They haven’t processed a refund for a table that arrived at your facility 2 weeks ago. Extremely frustrating and disappointing in how Lowe’s handles a return.

This is the only Lowe’s across the whole country so far that I can never get anybody on the phone and every time I sit there waiting someone will pick up and hang up. Two thumbs down
