  This company was cutting down trees in a family neighborhood and the workers were cussing and swearing in front of toddlers. Very unprofessional! I would not recommend them if you or your neighbors have young children.

  SAS Tree Service & staff were extremely prompt and professional from the first phone call to inquire all the way through scheduling & completing the service! The team did an amazing job cutting down a large tree close to our home, trimming another large limb, clearing debris, and grinding the stumps in the backyard of our newly purchased home. I was very impressed by not only the reasonable and fair prices but also their expertise, efficiency, and skill. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

  Incredible team of professional to remove and take away huge trees. I first used them to get big trees off of our house and they did a safe job and cut down any water or laurel oaks that might hit the house. They have excellent stump grinding capability. Wallace is a great estimator and they are firm on the price so no surprises. Joe Gibbs is the head tree cutter and has great knowledge how to fell giant trees safely. The have great equipment bucket trucks and skid steer to pick up the cut wood. Joe has amazing skill in driving the picker upper. All the employees are very polite and conscious of keeping your property from any damage. They also clean up prior to leaving. I can't recommend SAS enough.

  From start to finish the entire team was amazing. We had 3 canfor trees removed from my neighbors property that were causing us a lot of problems. Not only did they pickup every single piece of debris, but there was no damage done to anything around it. They even blew off the debris from my pool deck, and cleaned out any major debris from the pool! I definitely recommend this company for any tree work services.

  If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We hired this company to remove a front yard tree, grind the stump, and remove half of a damaged tree on our property. We were quoted $1800, which included stump grinding and debris removal. We had also requested the tree wood chips for “mulch.” What we received was incomplete, extremely sloppy and unprofessional. They failed to completely grind the stump from the front yard tree, leaving large, visible portions above the soil. Their crew unnecessarily drove a heavy truck up over our curb and sidewalk and across our lawn, tearing up and damaging the grass beyond repair. Additionally, rather than leave wood chips from the wood of the trees removed as agreed, they dumped a huge pile of unprocessed debris consisting of yard waste, branches and leaves on our driveway. When we asked them to finish the stump grinding, repair the lawn damage they caused, and remove the debris they left behind, they refused unless we paid them an additional several hundred dollars. When we declined to pay for their mistakes, the owner became hostile and unnecessarily aggressive. He then threatened to take us to court if we didn’t pay him instead of correcting the incomplete work and damage and despite never providing an invoice/bill. And if all the above was not already enough, one of their employees then began harassing me on Facebook. When this was brought to the owner’s awareness, which included a photo of the person, he initially denied (twice) knowing them, however when the owner was informed that the person referenced specifics about the job, he then admitted that the person was in fact an SAS Employee. SAS was provided multiple opportunities to complete the job they agreed to do, however they repeatedly refused. We now have an unfinished stump in our front yard, irreparable damage to our lawn, and a massive debris pile to deal with on our own. No homeowner should have to deal with intimidation and threats simply for asking a company to complete the job they were hired and agreed to do. As per their reviews, we are also not the first people they have done this to. Based on the extremely subpar workmanship, the lack of accountability, the refusal to correct their own mistakes, and the unnecessary hostile, aggressive and threatening communication, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
