    Good afternoon. Customer care needs to improve—and significantly so. A couple of weeks ago, I was assisted by the Palm Coast branch; they didn't understand what I was saying and kept passing the phone from one person to another until they finally hung up on me. Today, I called customer care again to inquire about the refund to my bank account; I waited 30 minutes, and still, no one resolved anything. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Folks, you need to step up your game and hustle when a customer comes calling—after all, we are the ones who pay your salaries through our business. So very disappointed.

    Voy saliendo de la tienda y me siento súper decepcionada 😞 con la atención de los trabajadores de esta tienda nunca me ayudaron a encontrar una planta que necesitaba, cero empatía con los usuarios y clientes me hicieron perder como 20 min y nada! La señora que riega las plantas 🌱 se hizo la loca y no dio ninguna solución con una planta que nos queríamos llevar! Dueños de negocios estén atentos con sus empleados. Allí perdieron una venta por personas sin actitud y compromiso con su trabajo!

    👎👎👎👎👎muy mala atencion al cliente e incapaz de resolver el problema, hice una compra en linea con todos los productos disponibles, luego recibi un mensaje que cancelaron uno por que se acabo, ayer realicé 5 llamadas 1ra me me dijeron que tenia que cancelar la orden que no podian hacer nada,todo esto despues de media hora en espera, 2da llame denuevo me salio la misma persona y me dijo que llamara otras tiendas haber si estaba disponible y que ordenara denuevo y cancelara la otra,le pregunte si podia hacerlo ella y me puso en espera,luego de 40 min colgue 3ra llame a otro departamento porque ya saben, el actual un desastre,bueno pedi un supervisor y tube que contar toda la historia para que al final me dijera que ese no era su departamento,lo cual ya sabiamos,le insisti con el supervisor me dijo q esperara y luego de muchos min jaja sorpresa me transfirio al que ya habia hablado dos veces antes,y yo esperando al supervisor,en esta ocasión la persona me dijo que no sabia que hacer y que hiva a buscar a alguien jaja que creen pues a esperar casi una hora para que nunca nadie atendiera. un TOTAL DESASTRE Y NO ES LA PRIMERA VEZ NO LA RECOMIENDO👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎 Terrible customer service; they were completely unable to resolve the issue. I placed an online order for several items—all of which were listed as "in stock" at the time—but later received a message stating that one item had been cancelled because it had sold out. Yesterday alone, I made five phone calls: 1st Call: I was told I had to cancel the entire order myself, as they couldn't do anything on their end—and all this after waiting on hold for half an hour. 2nd Call: I called back and got the exact same person. She told me to call other stores to see if the item was available elsewhere, then to place a new order and cancel the original one. I asked if *she* could handle that for me; she put me on hold, and after 40 minutes, I hung up. 3rd Call: I called a different department—because, well, the first one was a total disaster. I asked to speak with a supervisor and had to recount the entire story, only for the agent to tell me at the end that I had reached the wrong department (something we already knew). I insisted on speaking with a supervisor; she told me to wait, and after many minutes—haha, surprise!—she transferred me back to the very same person I had already spoken to twice before, while I was still expecting to reach a supervisor. This time, the agent told me she didn't know what to do and was going to go find someone who did. Haha—guess what happened next? I ended up waiting on hold for nearly an hour, only for no one to ever pick up. A TOTAL DISASTER—AND IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

    Jairo the supervisor of the gardening center needs to be let go, he was conflictive, condescending, and committed felony batter on me by smacking my shoulder hard to get my attention to show how right he was about the price of a product on a single pile of multiple skus of potting mix which is not in accordance with FTC guidelines. This man is a menace to society and I will be seeking legal counsel for him putting his hands on me aggressively. This happened Friday April 24 between 5pm and 5:30 pm I was wearing red tshirt and blue shorts and I was with my wife l, long sleeve gray shirt and jeans. Check your cameras Mr. GM, get ready for a defense.

    Extremely disappointing experience. The staff lacked professionalism and showed little initiative in resolving a straightforward issue. I was sent back and forth between the store and the vendor with no clear ownership or solution. Customer support should be more aligned and proactive.
