Im terribly disappointed how business owners are treated. I thought customer service was assisting yours customers and going the extra mile. I hate to say this is not the case. My brother stopped by this location after a long shift and purchased some items. While loading his items he left some in the cart. He drove off, came back and went inside due to all the carts being returned inside the store. He sees the items behind the customer service desk, explain his situation and show the receipt. Do you know what the response was....."how so we know it's yours? It could belong to anybody!" Excuse me, I guess everyone comes back with a receipt of the very same items you located in a cart in the parking lot. Lowe's please make this right.
