I came to purchase artificial grass. No barcode, a written paper to take to check out. Instead of helping me check out both women rather assist men around their age then me. I asked both for help and was ignored. I highly don't recommend this lowes. They have a lot in stock cause no one wants to come here for a reason.

We purchased a washer after a store representative assured us it would be fine to install even with a different dryer stacked on top. When the technician arrived, he refused to install it because of the dryer. They delivered the washer and left, leaving us with two washers—one broken and one not installed. We paid for appliance pickup and a washer connector for installation, neither of which were used. Instead, everything was left for me to deal with, including handling the return myself. This is ridiculous. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and careless. Calls were left on hold until disconnected, and I spent an entire day trying to get help. Management appears to be nonexistent.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
