Not only did they lose our order (a bathtub mind you), they refuse to call us back, and when we try to get in contact with someone you have to go through an AI chatbot that doesn’t understand anything because it’s an AI chatbot. We are the ones being penalized for Lowe’s mistake, when they are the ones who lost our order. I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s and refuse to use their services from this point, do better
Edit: An hour later call going through multiple venues of Lowe’s, Becky the store manager was incredible in helping me with my problem. Unfortunately, now I know to never order same-day delivery, as they utilize a third party to manage the deliveries

Wow. If you're in a rush on the move or really busy, you should probably try to avoid coming to this Lowe's since everyone here is at their own Leisure and not everyone is trying to help. I stood for 15 minutes next to a fertilizer spreader trying to get one of the employees to unlock it so that I can buy it and I ended up having to go all the way to the front they intermed someone to be there and I stood there for 15 minutes while several employees walked right past me. There were more employees cashing people out then there was on the floor helping people. I can only go to Lowe's if I know what I'm looking for and I know where it's at

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
