  I never realized what all went into putting in a pool. Neway did an amazing job from start to finish! Each crew that came out to work were exceptional, they were organized, prompt, efficient and made sure they cleaned up after each phase. I absolutely love our new pool and I highly recommend Neway Pools.

  Neway installed pool at our new house. After it was completed they notified us that they failed to get a necessary inspection done. They came out and pulled up pavers and dug 4 holes. Many pavers were broken. It still all stands in 4 piles. No inspection, no replacement of tiles and no response to numerous phone calls and emails. I guess take the money and run is how you operate. Very frustrating!!!! Happy to post this on social media if not corrected.

  Neway Pools installed a gunite pool and gas firepit in my backyard and did a FANTASTIC job! Each morning there was someone at my house performing some task and in a matter of just two short months, I had a heated pool and a gas firepit in my backyard. Tamara was amazing to work with to design the pool. Tamara, Clayton and Claudia all very good communicators. They are also very professional and the subs they hired conducted themselves with professionalism as well. Wouldn't consider any other pool company on the gulf coast! Thank you for my dream backyard!

  If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. Tamara was our salesperson, and was super informative and up front about the process and what to expect. She designed our backyard oasis given the limited parameters we gave her. Having a small yard and a large part of that being used for septic was no problem for her. She delivered a wonderful design. We were given a timeframe for completion that blew every other company out of the water which was a huge factor for us, as we have dogs and were worried about the lack of a closed yard for too long. They delivered on this estimation of time. Clayton and Travis were the foremen. They were a well if combined knowledge and kept us informed as to what was happening as we went along. They were always readily available for questions as they arose. Seriously, within minutes we would get responses. The company also has others that would call and checkup on us, making sure we were satisfied with how everything was coming along, and offer their assistance should we need it. All in all, we are floored with how quickly and efficiently this company works, and are enamored with the beautiful project they left behind. Thank you to all!
