    II went to buy fixtures and appliances for my home remodel. Probably going to sped $7,000.00. I asked for help. I was told to use the on line service. Guess what. I walked out. Today I tried to return an item I bought 2 weeks ago. The associate couldn’t find it. He said it is up to AI to decide. He can’t help. Hello employees, you are soon to be unemployed. Replaced by AI. And Lowe’s, your bosses skipped business school. I once could easily return all items to Sears and Burdines. They gave up on great customer service and not long after went out of business. Zayers and Kmart had terrible customer service. They went out of business. If you lose multi thousand dollar purchases every day, you are on a fast track to bankruptcy. It’s such a shame because I really liked Lowe’s and I have spent many thousands of dollars with your store over the last few decades. No more. Goodbye.

    Very rude customer service experience. Came in to rent a truck and were rudely told that the registration on all the trucks were expired and he would not rent us a truck. Understandable but at least be respectful and polite to your regular paying customers!

    _Follow-up to Lowe's:_ Here's a better response (not canned BS) : "We are so sorry this happened. Please accept our apologies for your inconvenience and added expense. Because you've already unsuccessfully spoken with our store's assistant manager (Greg), please contact our store manager (Karen) to resolve this matter." Ordered 28 pieces of sheetrock to be delivered. Corners on over half were broken/unusable. Refused the order/sent it back to store. Lowes refunded the order minus the delivery charge. Greg @ Gulf Breeze Lowes said policy is no delivery refund for any reason. In other words, Lowes' customers pay for Lowes' bad delivery service. Builders FirstSource and Home Depot just got my pro business. Palm & Rock just got my wife's nursery plant business. Note the Lowe's credit card puzzle picture.

    Denise was helping me at the register. I was having card problems and she was very patient and understanding. I was eventually able to process my transaction thanks to her. She is a great employee.

    The man at the return desk was excellent and helped us with our return. However, we tried to rent a truck as well and saw there were two available outside, but apparently their registration was never renewed so we couldn’t rent one. The man who helped us was great though!
