    Lowe’s is a go-to for me and my lawn & landscape business, but a few things need tightening up, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. I’d happily update this to a full 5 stars if these areas improve. Specifically, the returns desk and the outside loading area need better coordination. On 11/19/25, I returned 34 pavers and spent about an hour doing so—10 minutes waiting at the returns desk, then being told to drive to the loading area, where I waited another 15 minutes for a supervisor to unlock and monitor the gate, unload the pavers, and lock it back up. After that, I had to go back inside and wait another 15 minutes to complete the return. Lowe’s is a store I rely on heavily, so I hope they streamline this process going forward.

    They refused to honor the warranties on their products. Three times I’ve attempted to speak to someone in regards to products purchased within the year and all three times I was put on hold and kept there, or hung up on. Entering the store once the Managerlady yelled at me out of frustration, then outright demanded me to leave. Please keep in mind. I was very nice and calm. . I used to talk to Kori over at the pro side who was one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever met however it appears he’s no longer there on the pro side anymore so I guess I will stop spending my average $0.5 million a year with Lowe’s. From now on when we build our Storefronts or for the contracting company the materials we purchased I will have to go to the competitor. I can almost guarantee no one will read this from management, But I will be writing a letter to the CEO and COO. The store keeps going downhill. I can almost guarantee a competitor will be building soon, and Lowe’s will bottom out if this Poor operation and customer servicecontinues.

    Went to return a gift card they sold us. Gave 600 cash for a piece of plastic I can't use. Really needed our hard earned money back. Shame shame need to be up front about it before selling it
