I have never met a more completely unprofessional representation of a company like this. He does not follow any form of your 5 points of customer service. In fact he threatened to trespass my wife from the property, even though he was the one to make her start crying in the store. There is a more effective way to deal with a customer issue. Never in my life have I experienced this. I personally went into to the store myself to inquire about his own supervisor’s contact information, and he refused to give it to me directly. He wanted to just take down my number and name to pass it along. I know that’s not going to go anywhere. I called corporate, and nothing really came to fruition from that. I want to be able to speak to his regional manager about this situation. Then hopefully we can come to a resolution to this issue.
