  I would recommend that they hire someone that is competent in Customer Service. I called this company out to cut a knee high stump to the ground and grind it, also to trim a tree that is a menace on my lot. After walking with Erin and discussing my needs, he send me an estimate of $550. The price seemed right, because he was unable to grind the stump, only trim it to the ground. The tree, however, he said was no problem, and I let him know that they could cut as much of it as they could. I wanted it to die because it sprouted up within the last two years and was of no shade value. After receiving the estimate, the email stated that I would have to wait until the end of August because of their busy schedule, which didn't bother me. In mid July, I got an email for payment. I went outside to look at the tree, because I thought it was odd to get an invoice before the work was done. I was shocked to see that someone had been out and cut two branches that were about 8 feet off the ground and about 6 inches in diameter off of the tree... that's it. I saw that the stump had been cut from its original size of about 2 feet high, to approximately 3 inches. My first thought was that maybe they came out and couldn't finish. I didn't contact them, thinking that maybe they were coming back at a later date. I received a nasty email from the Hurd office 15 days later threatening me with an additional $100 late fee for non payment. At this point I called and spoke to the person that takes their calls in their office. I could not believe that this person was their customer service contact, he was rude, obnoxious and I had absolutely no use for him. I took pictures of the tree so that Erin (who apparently wasn't there when the job was done) so that he could see the reason for my grief. After having seen the photos, and knowing that he had an unhappy customer, Erin put his head in the sand and cashed my check. I was over charged, unhappy, and apparently Erin does not care. He STILL has made no attempt to contact me in any way. I have had it with these companies that do tree, landscape, etc. that have made their fortune in Gulf Breeze as it was growing. Now that they are ranked one of the top (volume) companies in Gulf Breeze, they think that they have no obligation to do the right thing. It's all about the money. Erin blatantly disregarded every opportunity to make the situation right, and I will tell everyone that wants a recommendation about this incident.

  I can't say enough good things about this company. They cut some trees down around my house today, and went way above and beyond what other tree cutting companies would ever have done. If 10 stars was an option, they would get it.

  The team sent to our facility were: 1. On Time. 2. Extremely Professional. 3. Ensured they were aware of additional safety precautions due to our Blind clients. 4.
