From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I had a few questions about unit sizes, pricing, and access hours, and they answered everything clearly and patiently without making me feel rushed. When I followed up with an email later that day, I received a detailed, helpful reply within just a couple of hours—on a weekend, no less! That kind of prompt response is rare these days and made the whole process stress-free.

- SPStephen PedersonOct 31, 20251.0Sure it will get deleted, but do not trust this place. They advertise great rates then try to trap you in after significant increases. Signed lease for under $60. My price more than doubled after 3 payments. I called, was told a request was submitted for a refund, was never called back. Called again 2 weeks later, was told we could “negotiate rate” and that their new rates were what I was paying (although I can see their rates online, and they are much lower than what the jumped mine to). Told me payment comes out tomorrow so could make this change right now (bill is in 11 days). No attempt to refund. Never alerted me of the rate change. Said something was mailed, although rest of communication has been emailed. State the rate increases are “at market values” so they can change to whatever they’d like. At the end of it all, simply do not like being lied to by telling me my rate is the going rate when it is very much higher than what they are currently advertising. Told me those are “new” rates. It’s a bait and switch company. Would highly encourage staying away.

They will tell you one price in the beginning to get you hooked and then they will NOT notify you and start charging you a higher price 3 months in…. They claim it’s “inflation” despite STILL advertising the original price all over their website. Oh and they also might charge you twice for the same month. Then if you call their customer service they won’t help you figure any of that out, and they won’t give you your money back. Choosing this place was one of the worst decisions we have made since moving out here. Please be aware this place is a scam.
