I've dealt with a couple of other storage facilities over the last 5 years and one was awful to work with and the other had a leak that ruined some of my belongings, but wouldn't take responsibility for the leak. Extra Space is clean and so easy to work with. I rented my space online and moved right in. Giving notice to leave was easy and I was treated with a smile. Their rates are great too!
