- JCJim Carey6 days ago1.0Terrible experience! They never set up the automation, so it still doesn’t work. They had me pull up all my patio pavers so I cpuld widem my driveway, and didn’t bother to check and they were different sizes and colors. $10k+ and I had to redo it! The pool design makes no sense! The Hayward filter broke and had to be fully replaced in less than 2 years! I wish I could undo it, but I’m stuck. Save yourself!
- RURazi UllahNov 6, 20255.0I’m the one that had a disastrous experience that everyone reads about the horror stories. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. One after the other. -I had 6 months delay from Latham for one excuse after another. Not elite pool’s fault. -I had hole dug but then Latham claimed pool shell got damaged during shipping with no evidence. -I had another hole dug and then hurricane came and washed it all out. Had to be filled and re dug. - I had another delay from Latham - I had shell in the ground and out of level. Didn’t catch that until pool filled with water. - I had everything finished and then a plumbing leak from ground settling causing major leak. - I had another leak on returns. - I had pavers settling from the plumbing leaks due to ground settling. -I had leaking light from ground settling - I had pump issues - I had filter issues - I also had tiles coming off in the spa This is over the course of 1 year. Yes I’m leaving a 5 star review. Here is why: When everything goes well, you pay for it and it’s done. It’s when something goes wrong (or everything in my case ), it’s what tells you about the quality of a person you’re dealing with. Robert has stuck with me the entire time. He has taken care of issues that other pool builders would have ran away from. I can genuinely say he has what’s missing in this world of ours that we desperately need: Integrity! I’ve waited this long to leave a review and every bit of this is earned by Robert and Elite Pool.

The owner(Robert) spoke with us gave us a rough timeline and from start to finish they got to work and got it done! We were nervous because we heard so many nightmares about pool companies, but once we met with them we were no longer felt that way. Any issues that may have come up along the way and even after our pool was installed they were right there! I highly recommend Elite Pools to anyone looking for a new pool installed or pool repairs. You will not go wrong using this company. Robert was there the day the pool started and has even come by to check our equipment and make sure we were happy with everything.
