    Repeated issues using military discount at self checkout. Today at roughly 1330, self checkout lady refused to match name on debit card to name on account to override the ID scan. Went to pro desk and checked out just fine. Rude Asian woman. I think I’ll be going to Home Depot, in the future.

    Customer service is terrible, you call in to check on your order that’s was scheduled to be delivered 3 days ago and they don’t take any responsibility and put you on hold for 5-6 minutes before finally hanging up.

    I’ve started visiting this location more recently as I am a 25 year supporter of LOWES. In the past two weeks I was assisted by Sussette who appears to be in management because her name tag is not clear if title. Last week I was attempting to return some 1/4 round trim and most of the trim did not have barcodes on them. In the end, Sussette said she didn’t see them on any of my receipt purchases and refused to allow my return. It bothered me that Lowes system according to Sussette did not locate these items and I’m sure I purchased them from Lowes. I returned a few days later, to have them check again as the trim was a $300 over purchase. I didn’t need it all. Emily helped me this time. She was successful in locating the trim but I didn’t have them with me. I returned last night now only 4 days from my last visit and got Sussette again. She immediately ignited a subject on my shirt saying US Marine. I said yes, I am a retired Marine. She went on to say her son was a Marine so now I will be her son. I said no thanks. Besides, I’m probably your age. She responded, “I don’t think so.” I asked her age and she said 54 although I thought much older because I’m 59. I told her I’m older than you so it makes no sense t ok see me as your son. Maybe me your big brother. Apparently my comeback offended her and she insist that I’m her son and continued with referring to me as sweetie and honey. Truth is, I’m offended. One because once again she couldn’t find my trim on their system. Two, she disrespected me as an honorable retired military officer. Three, because she insisted on insulting me saying I’m her son. I left the store disturbed and obviously I didn’t get my refund issue resolved. Fourthly, I don’t appreciate her referring to me intimately or sexually. It appears she is trying to get promoted given how she bosses other employees around. Be aware of this behavior if you see her, because it’s disrespectful and unprofessional.
