We purchased Pavestone wall caps from Lowe's and unfortunately found the quality to be extremely poor. Many of the caps were defective—some literally broke in half just from being picked up, making them unusable for our project.
After attempting to work with the product, we ultimately decided to return the remaining items due to these clear defects. When we brought them back to the store, we were told the return was denied because it was outside the allowed return window.
While we understand policies are in place, this situation involved a clearly defective product. We were disappointed that management was unwilling to make an exception or work toward a reasonable resolution.
We have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years and have appreciated the military discount and service. However, this experience has significantly impacted our trust, and we will be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Horrible service!!!! The managers and store managers do not know anything! They messed up my online order and double charged my account. I had to dispute this with my bank which the manager and the store manager told me to dispute this with my bank.
