  While I love the product, getting updates on where the product is or when it is to be delivered leaves a great deal to be desired.

  Ethan did a great job explaining all the options and helping us find what we needed. With the color and cushion softness options we were able to find a couch and 2 recliners to bring the colors of our house together and be comfortable.

  Ethan Bader did a great job on helping me and my husband out a recliner each one of us. I had no idea there were so many selections. I have physical problems and he took his time on helping me pick out the proper one for me. My husband recliner was matched with mine after Ethan showed us the colors together. He made the buying experience so much easier.

  I have had a very bad experience with La-Z-Boy. I bought 2 recliners on Jan. 30, 2026. They were delivered badly - late, with no update calls, and one in unusable condition (see pictures). I immediately called for repair and the earliest date I could schedule was today, 4/22. Yesterday I called to check and was told the technician is sick and I would have to start all over again to re-schedule. As of this moment, the earliest date I can get is 5/26, another 5 weeks of having a brand new, unusable chair taking up space in my living room. The half-hearted apologies I have gotten do not go very far in making me happy. I do not recommend buying from this company because they are so bad at service. The product may be excellent, but post-purchase assistance is almost non-existent.

  I purchased a Lazy boy reclining chair for my daughter from Ethan. My daughter absolutely loves it. The lift, heat, and vibration massage was definitely a bonus for her. She slept in it after her Surgery and was very comfortable and happy with it! Ethan was wonderful with helping me pick out just the right chair and was very knowledgeable and friendly! He went out of his way to assist me in getting the chair to my daughter quickly and even stayed late to accommodate us. He’s the best and I definitely recommend asking for him when you visit this store. Just tell him Gina sent you and I know he will take great care of you! Thank you Ethan & thank you Lazy boy!!! Very happy customer! ☺️
