  I have used West Farms many times. Lawn care, tree removal, storm clean up, and trimming of hedges just to name a few. The thing I most appreciate is how they treat their staff, you see the same people over and over again. In the landscaping industry that is so unique, it really tells me they take care of their team. The quality of the work is top notch I would not use anyone else.

  We used West Farms to re-sod our tiny back yard. It was expensive. We had to repeatedly contact them about the fact they had our money and had not scheduled delivery/installation of the sod. When the job was finally done, they did not bother checking back to see how the sod was doing. We contacted them about topdressing the sod and they said they didn't do that. Finally we contacted Masters Lawn Care and had them come take a look. They said the sod needed aerated. When they tried to aerate the sod, it was all coming up because it had not rooted down... after almost a year! With all the problems we have had, I would not recommend this company.

  Update 5-25-2023 I needed a company to provide lawn maintenance. Again, Westfarms exceeds all expectations. Easy to reach, polite staff, awesome quotes. I’m so happy with their work, will prob keep the lawn service permanently. They do everything for your yard, including bushes, etc. Already goin to have them refresh my mulch. I really couldn’t ask for a better group of folks. They follow thru and do great job. Thank you Westfarms! —————————- Update one year and a half later...... Pool pavers look awesome, as well as the retainer wall. Adding a couple pics of the pool pavers and retainer wall. I liked Westfarms' professionalism and work so much, I decided to have another section paved outside my pool area in my backyard. Just finished. I also provided a pic of the new paver patio with steps. What an awesome job they did!!! John was in touch with his crew the entire time, as they knew exactly what and how to accomplish. Thank you to everyone at Westfarms that helped make this project so successful. Definitely will go back to Westfarms for some of their other services. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If I could give Nick and his entire team a hundred stars- I would do so!! Nick was very specific in keeping me updated, working with Tremron to deliver the pavers, as well as scheduling the actual install. John even jumped into the pool with a snorkel and got out as most of the debris. Did the pool get dirty?...yes...so what? That's what a filter, pump, human brushing the pool, manual vacuum, etc. does. I actually maintain my own pool water. The detail and attention given to my project all showed their professionalism and art work!! They also helped me get the pavers sealed afterwards, which made them look even better. I plan to provide some pics of their work soon. I'm even thinking about having Westfarms come back and add a new paver deck outside my pool enclosure for me. I have the best pool pavers in my subdivision. Thank you Westfarms, team, and all of the guys that accomplished the paver installation/sealing!!
