  Great company! Services are consistent and reasonably priced. Any time there’s an issue they’re there to save the day. For example, my pump motor just died and needed replacement. It took a week to get it back up and running so the pool went green and a week out from a big birthday party. They jumped on it, readjusting the normal schedule to make sure that we had plenty of time to get the pool back in order before the party. When I have questions or concerns they’re helpful and great about communication. Highly recommended!!!

  Southern Escapes was not my first choice, but they turned out to be the best choice. They started when they said they would and they were there every time they said they would be. The coordination of crews was impressive. The pool was built in 3 months probably due to it being summer and the rain kept interrupting construction. But otherwise, it was great! Their pool/patio screen referral also did a fantastic job. it’s been a year and they still take my calls and help out whenever I need it. Thanks again, Alex

  We have made the contract with Southern Escapes based on a recommendation, and our first impression was really positive. They have made a nice (but pretty expensive) offer, but we felt good and confident to sign it. They have even started earlier with our project as expected, and we were hoping for a timely finishing. But after the initial efforts, things have slowed down tremendously. And they have always left our property in a total mess. After a while, we were asking about the next steps, but nothing really moved forward. Sometimes only one worker showed up, was doing something for an hour, and disappeared. After we were calling our manager, we have learned that the company has too many projects, and we wouldn't be on top on the priority list. It should be noticed that our contract was with Southern Escapes, but all the landscaping and paving was done by Lawn Enforcement. That is kind of a sister company, but those people were always telling you that we should ask Southern Escapes and the other way around. It's now more than 6 months ago that we are waiting for our pool to be finished, And yes, the basic concept is nice, and most parts seems to be of high quality. But there are a zillion things which are not perfect, and even though we have communicated that many times, nobody feels responsible. After the water was in, the real disaster started. The pool service was bad, only 15 in out of 30 days somebody showed up, although we were told how important it would be that the pool should be brushed every day. We are still waiting for response. After sending a bitter text to the head of this company, something worked on the next day, but after that, nobody showed up again. It's like a pattern for this company to do only some stuff so the customer stops complaining, but the day after, you are on a unwanted waiting list again. We are now really worrying that our pool is getting dirty before we have even started using it a lot. All of our now sending texts and calls remained unanswered. So if you are looking for a company who is going to make you a nice offer, you can sign a contract with these people. If you think you would become a great service, or if they would respond to your texts and calls, or if you want to get your project done in a reasonable time, you should search for another company. Don't get me wrong, the workers are usually nice. I'm feeling sorry about those guys, as they are constantly overwhelmed by too many projects, and they don't have the time to finish something. We are really disappointed after spending so much money.
