I recently ordered a Christmas tree and it came missing a very important piece, which is the foot pedal switch to turn on the lights on the Christmas tree. This tree had white lights and color lights. I first went to the one on 13th St. and the gentleman that I first met was the most helpful out of everyone. He gave me a replacement foot pedal, but unfortunately it only turned on white lights. I went back to see if I can get another one and when I spoke to the manager, he really didn’t give me any resolution. He told me I could just return it and pay for a whole brand new tree. Then I spoke with the one in Butler. The people in the return department kept hanging up on my calls so thankfully the gentleman in the garden section was able to get me to a manager. When I asked him if he had any he said he had a display left and I just told him all I’m missing is the footpedal piece would you be able to just give me it and he said ours is missing one too then I asked him if he could check and see if the Lowe’s in alachua had any trees left and he just told me to go call them myself instead of checking for me like the other manager did. The service at Lowe’s is awful. They are terrible at their jobs and they don’t know what they’re doing.
