    Their Website advertises they have a tool rental at the Palatka FL store, they don't, other than that, I like shopping at Lowes, usually always find what I'm looking for and of course I will continue shopping at Lowes

    Ordered an expensive item ($600) for delivery which was damaged upon arrival. The delivery driver showed me the damages and suggested I refuse the delivery, which is what I did. I contacted the store and was promised a prompt refund. Two months later, I still haven’t received my refund and Lowe’s is now claiming that it was delivered, even though their own in-app order tracking shows the item as not delivered.

    Terrible customer service. Shorted me on my concrete order I called in to have the refund returned to my card and was constantly left on hold by customer service and the assistant manager and given the run around being told to come back to the store after I explained I did not live localy calling back and forth for over an hour and a half. Two days later I come into the store and asked to speak to the store manager to be told the assistant manager made him aware and that I was shorted on my order and could be refunded. Overall not a good experience and terrible customer service.

    Both of the Lowe’s in Gainesville suck. I recently ordered a Christmas tree and it came missing a very important piece, which is the foot pedal switch to turn on the lights on the Christmas tree. This tree had white lights and color lights. I first went to the one on 13th St. and the gentleman that I first met was the most helpful out of everyone. He gave me a replacement foot pedal, but unfortunately it only turned on white lights. I went back to see if I can get another one and when I spoke to the manager, he really didn’t give me any resolution. He told me I could just return it and pay for a whole brand new tree. Then I spoke with the one in Butler. The people in the return department kept hanging up on my calls so thankfully the gentleman in the garden section was able to get me to a manager. When I asked him if he had any he said he had a display left and I just told him all I’m missing is the footpedal piece would you be able to just give me it and he said ours is missing one too then I asked him if he could check and see if the Lowe’s in alachua had any trees left and he just told me to go call them myself instead of checking for me like the other manager did. The service at Lowe’s is awful. They are terrible at their jobs and they don’t know what they’re doing.
