    The product didn’t mention it was on final sale and non-returnable anywhere. They only inform you about the return policy when you go to return it and display it somewhere in the store! It supposed to be clear for customer when they are buying product that it is not eligible for your usual return policy. The management’s attitude was extremely poor. It was the worst store and customer service I’ve ever encountered!

    If I ask 5 times is someone coming to blinds and you know the machine is broken why keep me hanging around. Or your employees that cuts blinds wasn’t at work. But Home Depot got it done.

    I have being trying to get fittings for my new faucet for over a months . Went tonight and Robert 10 went above and beyond to help find the right fitting. He was so patient and friendly and resolved not 1 but 2 issues. Thanks Robert

    What a disgusting attitude and horrible experience that we had with your employee Cara at the Gainesville location. So I’ve been coming to this Lowe’s for years and usually have great experiences, but today was honestly ridiculous. I went in to return brand new power tools, and the associate at the return counter, Cara, was extremely rude and confrontational. When she asked why we were returning them, we simply said we didn’t need them anymore. Instead of just processing the return, she basically accused us of using the tools and trying to bring them back even though the items were brand new, unopened and within the 30 day policy. I’ve never had an employee at this location talk to me like that. Every other associate I’ve dealt with here has been friendly and helpful. Really disappointed in how Cara handled the situation. Lowe’s is usually great, but this was not okay.
