  A shining example of superior customer service! I can't say enough about how refreshing it is to work with a company that prioritizes customer happiness. I drove two hours to visit the Gainesville, FL location just to look and ended up buying a new Sactional for a few reasons. 1. It is an amazing product that perfectly combines aesthetics and functionality. The adaptability allowed us to design a sectional to fit our space while giving my lovely wife endless color/material options to choose from. 2. The process was completely stress free. We visited many other traditional furniture companies looking for a new couch but the anxiety was immediately through the roof upon entering a warehouse with endless options and decisions to make. LoveSac simplifies the process and takes a consultative approach with customers to customize everything exactly as wanted while setting proper expectations about delivery times. 3. Amazing discounts and financing options. I would have been completely satisfied if that were the end of the story but it is not. While waiting for our order to arrive, I noticed a sale with a deeper discount than we received on our initial purchase. It happens this time of year but it never hurts to make a call to see if the company is willing to honor it. Most times it will be a simple "No" or the amount of hoops required to jump through make it not worth the work but LoveSac hit it out of the park. I called the branch we visited and was greeted by a very helpful young man named Tim (who happens to be a Ravens fan but we won't hold it against him :) I explained my situation and was placed on a brief hold while he conferred with his manager Ande. I was very pleased when Tim informed me that Ande would be more than happy to make the necessary adjustment and even provided me with the savings amount on the spot. This was a small gesture on the part of LoveSac that has cemented a lifelong customer who will forever recommend their exceptional company. Hats off to Tim, Ande and the Leadership Team at LoveSac!

  Ande went above and beyond for us, stayed in regular communication and troubleshooted issues beyond the normal call of duty. We felt like valued customers beyond the purchase date.

  Fantastic experience at the Gainesville, Florida store. We love the look of the pillowsac chairs, were able to go sit in one (we then ordered 2). Ande the manager was incredible. Knew all the ins and outs, materials and assembly. Very straightforward about back orders of the covers we wanted. Frames and sacs came fast, easy assembly. Now we need matching dog sacs… best furniture shopping experience I can recall.

  As much as I like Lovesac products, my experience was very trying! My first experience in Houston went very smoothly. And this time it turned into one problem after another. First, my recliner was sent broken and it required us to return the item. And it isnt easy to figure out if it is broken or not. Also, as it weighs a fair amount, returning it was a hassle. This might be nitpicking but I called the store and requested the manager to call me back. No call. But as we figured things out, I didnt want to deal with the hassle. The replacement recliner took a while to get. Very annoying as they would send me defective equipment and then provided standard shipping. Dealing with all this, I was half tempted to return everything back. But we gave away our furniture so it was not really an option. So, what was more annoying was all the apologies. All these apologies for the issues but nothing to compensate for it. Im sorry but worries are very insincere when there is no follow through or compensation. Overall, the furniture is great. So we stuck with it. So to complete the set, we purchased some more items. And guess what, more issues! The items were sent to the wrong address. If I didnt call the store, and had the receipts. We still wouldn't have our furniture. The sales representative seemed confused about my purchase. Long story short, it took him a while to figure it out. I asked for the manager to call me to get this fixed as we expected the furniture before our family visited. Time was critical but didnt seem to be one for the manager. I called customer service and they fixed just about everything. Dawn, the customer service rep, was amazing and addressed all my concerns and even told me someone named Christopher P was attached to my account somehow and it would be sent to IT for further review. Overall, I will say the furniture is decent for the price. The issues need to be addressed. Response time from the manager is inadequate or tardy for my experiences at this store. If the manager is off, someone else should be able to address issues especially as a chain store. Staff need to be better trained in a multitude of areas. The replacement recliner should have been expedited. Not sure who was responsible for the damage but it required a lot of force to damage it. The shipping company needs to be reviewed and customer service in general should be addressed more appropriately. As someone who had a much better first experience, I think this was a multitude of isolated incidents that dont reflect the company and this was a new store, but I have a hard time justifying a recommendation. I could not muster a 3 stars just due to the number of issues.
