  My Old recliner bit the dust, so I was not only looking to replace it, but also get a smaller one. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the different options, and very helpful allowing me to make a quick decision on which chair I wanted.

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. No issues with the sales people as I am aware that they are just doing their jobs, however management there is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with these people until they find new management. Buyer Beware 1000%

  We had a very good experience at this location. Our Sales Associate, Carla did not make us feel pressured and answered all of our questions and showed us the options available. We ended up going with custom recliners and the estimated delivery came earlier than expected which was nice. Delivery was smooth, professional and they made sure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you La Z Boy!

  We came yesterday to look and was greeted by a very knowledgeable Ethan Bader, he was very patient gave us good advance and we ordered a couch and loveseat. Look forward to receiving it first week of March.
