- LSLorenalee SmithNov 2, 20255.0Kelly i believe her name is here at Aaron's she's very sweet helpful đ in every way believes in a customer being satisfied đ she went above and beyond for me I went and picked up a pre lease dryer got it home got it inside installed it turned it on well it came for about 5 seconds shut off tried to turn it back on nothing put it on another cycle nothing waited for about 2 hrs went back to the dryer turned it on it on same thing when it did run the motor humming loud well that means the motor is bad called Kelly about it she took care of me đđ she found me another dryer same price and everything went and picked it up couldn't wait til next week for delivery way to much laundry to do you ladies know what I mean about the laundry business đ the dryer i got second time is great it dries a load of towels in 30 to 45 minutes đ love it!!!!!! Thank you Kelly appreciate it!!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time thatâs convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaronâs move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaronâs we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

If you are ever shopping and see that one of our local competitors has a lease to own deal that's lower than Aaron's, we'll be happy to offer our Low Price Guarantee. What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But donât forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
