Second time they’ve scheduled with a contractor who doesn’t serve my area and contractor wasn’t even contacted, all the while I’m getting my Lowe’s notifications it’s been scheduled. Got them up on the house and one section has half the LEDs out. Tried to take it back after Christmas and was told summarily by the customer service agent that they accepted no Christmas stuff after the 25th. She smugly said the signs were on every register before the holiday, which is probably inaccurate. The sign should be BY THE STUPID LIGHTS when I dop over $200 to replace LEDs that "last 20,000 hours!" Also, that lady that was there, I've dealt with her before. She's always at Customer service and shouldn't be. Up your game Lowe's! Home Depot has got it ALL over you now.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
