  I had ineffective treatment done from a different local company. I called pretty frantic the day after Christmas when no other company was open or had availability and they sent Eddie out the same day. He was both thorough and professional- explaining the treatment plan with me and answering all my questions. The cost was very reasonable.

  I had been using Bryan Pest Control for almost seven years up until a few months ago. When a rodent got into one of our multi-unit properties, their service was less than stellar. Not only did the technician have an attitude when asked to take a look at the issue, but I was also charged $150 for placing three traps that stayed there for less than two days. The traps were haphazardly set, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth since there was no effort in finding where the rodent could’ve gotten in from. (Haven’t had a rodent issue for the 7 years I’ve owned the building) Instead of working with me by waiving the fee for an insufficient job, they still charged me—and even added a late fee. Needless to say, I dropped them after that.

  This company is great. They we're Super nice, very responsive when I called and prompt when they arrived at my home for service. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and once again.......Super nice! He answered all of my many questions in a respectful, courteous and knowledgeable manner and did not try to hurry through the process. I found him to be extremely thorough in the performance of the job and even doubled back on problem areas. The GM of the location I called has saved me $1000's on maintenance and Capital improvements to my landscape simply by his vast knowledge and expertise in his field. My Landscape has improved 10 fold after associating with this company. I called several lawn chemical service companies and found Bryan to be fairly and competitively priced. I highly recommend this company hopefully will continue doing business with them for many years to come.
