- OAOfunmi ANov 16, 20251.0I had been using Bryan Pest Control for almost seven years up until a few months ago. When a rodent got into one of our multi-unit properties, their service was less than stellar. Not only did the technician have an attitude when asked to take a look at the issue, but I was also charged $150 for placing three traps that stayed there for less than two days. The traps were haphazardly set, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth since there was no effort in finding where the rodent could’ve gotten in from. (Haven’t had a rodent issue for the 7 years I’ve owned the building) Instead of working with me by waiving the fee for an insufficient job, they still charged me—and even added a late fee. Needless to say, I dropped them after that.
