    Ordered an item from the store online for delivery that showed “in stock”. Less than 24 hours later I was notified the item “shipped” and the next morning that the item was “out for delivery”. The day came and went with no delivery. The next day I was notified the item was “delayed”. Two more days pass so I try to cancel the order only to find out it’s not possible to do so because it’s in transit. How can a purchase go from “shipped” to “out for delivery” to “delayed”? Just overall poor customer experience.
