  Received a defective Greyson Rocker Recliner and I am currently working on trying to get a full refund. The geometry (pitchback) of the chair I received is bad. It makes you feel like your going to dump over backwards when you sit down as it leaves you gazing at the ceiling. The Greyson I tried in the store was great. It was comfortable and your feet touched the ground when you sat down. It didn't dump (pitchback) as you settled into the chair. Not so with the chair they delivered to me. Weather your 5 foot 6 or 6 foot 2 when you sit in the chair they delivered, your feet dangle in the air and your unable to reach the floor. It's just not comfortable. Your knees will ache after sitting for awhile like this. Also the chair makes a squeaking whining noises when you rock slowly or even just breathing while you sit is enough to make the chair start to whine and squeaking. Based on the squeaking and the extreme pitchback, either the metal sub frame is bent or, was not aligned properly during assembly, or the balance point is off by at least 1.5 to 2 inches at the center rocker/springs point, which will cause the chair to dump back when you sit down. The over all quality of the of the Recliners fit and finish is substandard. Poor workmanship for a company that's been in business as long as la-z-boy has. I guess they are suffering from lack of quality craftsman availability or corporate desire for profits over quality by not employing quality craftsmen to deliver a quality product. I ordered the best quality leather la-z-boy offers. While the leather is nice, there are inconsistencies in the stuffing of the pillow arms. The arms are stuffed to be different in size and shape, between the left and right pillow arm which is very noticeable. The padding in the leg rest seems a little thin. Not as plush as the floor model. The same with the padding for the headrest and back aera. If I had only checked the many online reviews for la-z-boy first, I would have never even entered into the store. Buyers Beware your best bet is to pass on anything la-z-boy. Poor quality bad craftsmanship. 👎

  Bought a lift recliner two years ago. STILL.UNDER WARRANTY. Husband is in a wheelchair all day so relies on this recliner as his only relief from being wheelchair bound. It stopped working. If I hadn't been there to help him out (it was tough for two elderly people) he would have been there for hours. Called the store and customer service multiple times. NO RESPONSE. NO SUPPORT. No help. Finally a rep called and gave us a service date a month away. Asked him "is that the best you can do?" He answered "Do you want it or not?" After using Lazy Boy for years NEVER AGAIN. Probably is just this store but it sucks.
