  This was my first experience with storage units. Reserving and getting to the unit was extremely easy. The lady (Lavani, I think) was very kind and very helpful. We would definitely use this company again.

  Went to extra space storage today. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, it was an amazing feeling Angelina, took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. She knew everything that we needed to do and made the process very simple. I think she should be training other people in the industry how to do this job her Customer Service skills are amazing

  ExtraSpace as a company has been wonderful. We actually stayed with them through at least 3 location changes, and hurricane Ian flooding. However, since moving to this location off Cypress Lake, the onsite employees Lavoni and Angela we’ve had a very frustrating experience. Levani makes the grounds her personal conversational backyard – blocking the entry gate as well as approaching our unit on multiple occasions and harassing us while being on site. She has been completely unprofessional and when trying to reach someone above her and management, she was completely uncooperative and rude. As a business owner, we use that space and come in and out of it sometimes multiple times a day and whenever she is on site working, she creates an issue or blocks entrance and exit to the location with personal conversations, we have escalated it finally up to corporate and look forward to communication back in the next 48 hours.
