On September 2, 2025 we special ordered 2 leather recliners. They arrived 6 weeks later. They were both wrong. One did not have extra seat cushion we paid and ordered for. One chair was not all leather. The other leather chair was VERY wrinkled. The arms seem totally different in smoothness and color than the seat. We ordered the handle switched for our positions of the chair. Rick, the store manager never sent anyone to see them in person, he would only reorder 1 chair. Never told us which one. We have not been kept informed on delivery. It is January 12, 2026 and still no replacement. Our salesman, Bruce, promised us his assistance. He has written us off as soon as we had furniture delivered.
We have ALWAYS had LazyBoy recliners throughout our 70+ years. This has been the worst customer satisfaction we have experienced. They never keep us informed and Rick and Bruce have the worst customer satisfaction. They brag how great they are, but don’t deliver. I would NOT recommend this store at all. Very unhappy!

We worked with Jay Dingee. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. A little hard at first without him having his hearing aid on but we got through it. We would work with him in the future

hopping for furniture can be very overwhelming, whether looking for an entire room or one particular piece. For me it was a loveseat. After visiting several furniture stores in the area, I headed to La-Z-Boy my last furniture store of the day. Walking in, I was greeted by a sales person by the name of Maria. Again, after visiting several other furniture stores and dealing with other sales people, Maria was engaging, but not pushy and seemed happy doing what she was doing. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me four different types of loveseats. A loveseat I really loved only came in leather and was absolutely beautiful, Unfortunately I didn’t want leather as I had it and did not want leather again. When finding the loveseat I loved, I had many choices of fabric and color. My experience with Maria as well as La-Z-Boy itself was exceptional and I would highly recommend this particular store.

Jewels listened to what I wanted in a sofa and helped me find it. It turned out to be the sofa that matches the recliner I bought 2 years ago. Since I love the recliner, I know I will love the sofa. I returned to La-Z-boy because my 1st experience had been so positive. I am pleased to say this experience was equally as positive.
