He was prompt and it look 1 minute to unlock car. But bill was $220, but if I give him a 5 star rating, he will knock off one of the other two fees, which still came to $170. There is a service fee and labor fee on top of popping the lock. We were shocked. I asked how much, I didn't ask how much for popping the lock. This is bait and switch. They are trained not to tell the total price because he said most people will just hang up. This isn't just him, its the company he works for. He mentioned that you have to be very specific when asking for pricing. I normally wouldn't give a 1 star, but $220 for 1 minute. I understand the 15 minute drive time and convenience, but to not tell me all the pricing upfront knowing it is too expensive, you deserve 1 star. Do better!!
