- DTDawn ThomasDec 29, 20251.0So packed my belongings in unit and came back to grab a few things for Christmas and what do I see German roaches so immediately grabbed my stuff in two trips and fled. I had to empty all and spray my stuff and paid 80 bucks for first month knowing each month after was 20 bucks. Now I'm told I may get 11 bucks back. Wow what a way to run a business and they need to spray the location. Never in my life had any type roaches in my home or any other storage. So needless to say I came in Dec 17 and left on the 21 and 25! 80 bucks wasted had to pay to get another unit elsewhere. Wow just wow

Iam going to be looking for a MORE SECURE place to keep my belongings. We actually saw a guy trying to poop in a bag in his unit with door open. They also have a RAT and ROACH infestation most likely from the people LIVING there leaving food out.
