John asked us a few questions and talked to us a bit about what we liked and then recommended a few choices (not the high priced ones). We selected our mattress and frame and scheduled delivery. We were having our bedroom and bath remodeled and it took longer for us to be ready for the bed but John was very accommodating when we had to change the delivery. Delivery occurred on the time scheduled and the delivery guys were perfect as well. John made a tough shopping experience really easy and we got the mattress we love at a price lower than we expected to spend. Thanks John and City Mattress!
