Joshua guided us through the process and we found exactly what we were looking for. Bratz not only has a lot of new furniture but also quality gently used. The store room has a lot of furniture. The real selling point for us was the strong Customer orientation and assurance that they wanted us satisfied with any purchase we made. They even delivered the sofa that same day, Xmas Eve after closing. The sofa after a few uses one side release lever failed. Joshua was all over getting the new part in an replaced. So not only did we make a great purchase we were able to experience how they handle issues. They proved to us that they walk the talk. If you haven't been to Bratz you need to! Ask for Joshua or any of the friendly team. Way to go Bratz!
