  I found Gutter It Up online through Google after reading several great reviews and seeing they were a local company. They were the first company I called, and I’m really glad I did. One thing that really stood out right away is that when you call, you’re greeted by an AI assistant. I know that might sound unusual, but it was actually one of the best parts of the experience. The AI handled everything smoothly on the first call and made the process incredibly efficient. From there, everything moved quickly. By the next business day, I received a follow-up call to discuss the job, and later that same afternoon all the documents and my quote were sent via email. Val has truly modernized the entire process. He used aerial measurements of my home to provide an accurate estimate, which meant I didn’t have to take time off work for an in-person visit. I was able to review and sign everything electronically, and within a few days the job was completed while I was at work. I even monitored everything through my Ring camera, which made it super convenient. The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. If you’re busy and need something simple like gutter cleaning without the hassle of in-person estimates, I highly recommend Gutter It Up.

  I had an issue with my gutter and reached out to about 7–8 different companies. Gutter It UP was one of only two that actually responded. What stood out to me: 1. They gave me an estimate based on a photo I sent. No need for an on-site visit just to quote the job. Another company wouldn’t provide even a rough price and wanted to schedule an inspection a week out, then book the job after that. I ended up canceling them because Gutter It UP completed the job 3 days before that other company was even scheduled to come out for an estimate. 2. The whole process is super easy and online: estimate by email, quick e-sign agreement, and multiple payment options (credit card, ACH, Zelle). Very convenient. 3. The job was done perfectly. My rep who was on-site texted me right after and confirmed everything was done professionally, looked great, and that he was very happy with the results. He specifically mentioned how skilled and professional the Gutter It UP team was. Overall, a very smooth experience. Easy to work with, fast, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend, great job!

  I called to get an estimate, left my information with the office and was told a sales representative would follow up. I got a voicemail and text from Sue. I promptly called back & got her voicemail, told her I needed to complete a small section & repair one gutter. Never heard back from her even though I left a voicemail & sent a few texts!! Guess my job was too small and not worth her time.

  I called twice in the early morning today. The 1st time I left a massage. No response received. Figured I'd give them another chance. This time a lady answered, asked me a lot of detailed questions and told me someone would contact me. No one ever contacted me. I can't do business if the vendor/contractor doesn't want to. I'm moving on to the next gutter company.

  Val and his team were very responsive and professional. Although I have used their services for the past five or six years. I was in a bit of haste and he did not hesitate to fit me in the schedule. Communication was very good. Installation was wonderful with the men cleaning up after they were finished. The neighbors didn’t even noticed the addition of the gutters. Well done!
